I was a little nervous about installing this, but it turned out to be super simple. It took me maybe 15 minutes, and trust me, I’m not exactly handy. No leaks so far, and the directions actually made sense, which is always a nice surprise, right? I’m really glad I didn’t have to call someone for help

Overall, I’d say this works well and I’m happy with it. The water temperature was a bit cooler than I expected at first, so it definitely took a few days to get used to. That said, it’s not a dealbreaker. I just wish the warm water would stay consistent for a little longer. It’s a solid product, just not quite perfect for my personal preference.

I actually really like the clean design. It’s kinda cute and doesn’t look weird at all, at least to me. I was wondering if I was being too picky at first, but it looks nice

It’s okay, but the quality could be better. Not terrible. Just not as solid as I was hoping for.

I was able to get the attachment installed without too much trouble, but it hasn’t been great since then. The spray keeps shifting around and it leaks a little, which is really annoying. I also reached out to customer support and they took way too long to get back to me. if this doesn’t get fixed soon, I’ll probably just return it and go with another brand.

I mainly bought this because I wanted something with adjustable water pressure, it’s been great. I wasn’t sure if it would end up feeling too weak or way too intense, but the range is actually really nice. After using it a couple times, it was easy to find the setting that felt right. It leaves me feeling clean without making a mess, which was one of my biggest worries. I’m happy with it so far, it’s one of those small upgrades that makes you wonder why you waited so long.

I bought a Tushy because my old setup kept having these tiny annoying leaks, and I was skeptical because companies always make everything sound way more perfect than it is. But this one fit better than I expected and so far hasn’t leaked at all. Installing it took me a little while, mostly because I was being careful, but it wasn’t hard. I’m not here to repeat marketing lines, but yeah, I’m happy with it.

I really did want to like this, and I gave it a fair shot because I figured maybe I just needed to get used to it. But it still feels kind of awkward to use. The angle seems off, and my seat actually feels less comfortable now than it did before. It does what it’s supposed to do, so I’m not saying it’s useless, but comfort-wise it just doesn’t work for me.

Works great so far and it feels like it’s made good. I wasn’t expecting too much, but I’m happy with it.

I had a small issue with my Hello Tushy order and reached out to customer service. Once they replied, they were genuinely polite and helpful, not the usual copy-and-paste kind of response you sometimes get.
The only downside was that it took until the next day to hear back, which felt a little slow since I was trying to get the shipping issue sorted out. Not a huge deal, but a faster first response would’ve made the experience smoother.
That said, they did fix the problem, kept me updated enough along the way, and everything worked out fine in the end. Overall, I’d still say it was a good customer service experience...

I expected this to make me feel a lot cleaner after using the bathroom, and it definitely does that, so I’m happy with it overall. The setup was a little more annoying than I thought it would be, and the water pressure took some getting used to at first. Once I adjusted to it, though, it started feeling worth it

I got a TUSHY mainly because we were using way too much toilet paper. After a few weeks, we’re definitely using less, which feels good. Setup was easy enough, and I like that it’s a small change that’s better for the planet. Happy with it overall

From what I remember, this bidet worked well at first and did the job fine. After a few months though, I started noticing some of the parts felt a bit loose, which made it feel less sturdy than I expected. It’s not terrible, but based on my experience, I’d say it’s just okay overall.

I ordered from Hello Tushy earlier this week and thought it might take a little while to ship, but I got the tracking info quickly. By a couple days later, the package was already at my door, which was a nice surprise. Nothing overly dramatic to report, just a smooth experience from ordering to delivery. It’s always nice when something ships fast and actually arrives when it says it will. Happy overall.

I ended up returning it. The seat just sat kind of weird for me, not really sure if it was the shape or the way it lined up, but it didn’t feel right.

I was already feeling a bit impatient at the time, and the whole process ended up taking way too long. It also felt confusing, which made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be...

I wasn’t totally sure if this would be worth buying, but honestly… yeah, it is. Setup was easy, and it just feels so much better than only using toilet paper. For the price, I’m happy with it, like… no regrets so far.
